Roasted Salsa

  I needed a salsa for quesadillas tonight and was looking specifically for a roasted one. I tried so hard to find a 7 ingredient or less one, but that didn't happen. Oh well!
  
  This was pretty amazing! Roasting the veggies brings out their natural sweetness which gives this salsa a flavor you can't get by just throwing everything raw into the blender. I added some jalapenos to give it a bit more kick, but if your not a spicy fan, just the poblano would be perfect as they have little heat IMO. Great salsa!!!

  Thanks Patrick and Linda!! I'm definitely going to be making salsa this way more often. I was worried about the husband liking it since I've been making it the same way for so long, and this was a little sweeter, but he loved it :)
