Roasted Vegetables With Balsamic Glaze

This was SO GOOD!! Other than leaving out the white potatoes, I followed the recipe to a "T". Do not leave anything out of the balsamic glaze, it is delicious! I used a cherry infused balsamic (Pampered Chef) and it took longer than 10 minutes for my glaze to start reducing, probably more like 15-20 mins. Once it was done though, it was like liquid candy and went so well on top of the veggies. I ate a big bowl of this for dinner, and was very satisfied. Thanks Twill!!

I'll have to keep my eyes out for a Cherry infused balsamic vinegar, sounds good. :)

Thanks Shona! The cherry balsamic is good, but it isn't as thick as I like it. It was a gift though, so I'll put it to good use!!
