Salisbury Steak

    Salisbury Steak By Bren
    I made this yesterday with a couple of changes. I used mushroom broth instead of
    beef broth. I found the mushroom broth at the grocery store and had to try it. This was the perfect dish to try it out on. It added a whole new flavor in a very good way.I also added horesradish to the meat mixture, about 1 tbsp. gave it a bit if a tang which was nice.

    Hi I also made this a couple of weeks ago - excellent and comforting -- made some tweaks - used shiitake mushrooms -nice flavour - and a bit more worcestershire sauce - a touch fresh oregano and a bit more flat leaf parsley.
