Seared Tuna Tataki With Shaved Cucumber

Okay, posting this again. 3rd time I've accidentally erased one of my post since starting the IMI II! I am not going to look in the IMI using my cell phone anymore, the delete button is too easy to hit!

This was delicious, especially the sauce! I used Albacore Tuna which after researching I found is not as high of grade as Ahi or Yellow Fin, but for me it worked just fine and tasted great! It can dry out pretty fast though, so I made sure to only sear it 45 seconds per side. Came out perfect! My knife cuts are not the greatest on it, but I'll need to get a special knife or something for cutting fish like this, I thought my Wusthof would be sharp enough. Anyway, another great recipe Luisa!!

Thanks Linda! That's basically what I did, for the picture, I had the spinach, tomatoes and radishes on the side, but when I ate it, I mixed them all together :)

LOLOLOLOL. You're playing with my head Michelle and I'm VERY vulnerable. LOLOLOL. I'm looking at this thread again and I'm thinking "Well that's WEIRD....I know I complimented Michelle on this and my post has disappeared?". I was thinking that I had 'happy fingers' and then I thought maybe I said something out of turn and got deleted. LOLOLOL Glad I wasn't to blame. :)

Thanks Manella, I've only had fresh tuna a handful of times and I love it :) I gotta get the Ahi though and play around with the really good stuff!

Lol Janet, Sorry, and nope, it's not you, it's ME! :P :P I mean it, the funkiness is just following us all around lately, it won't go away LOL!
