OMG! This was amazing! As a sushi fan, we didn’t mind eating raw fish. In fact, while traveling in Italy we ordered a salmon sandwich for lunch and it was only partially cooked. It was very good so we knew this would be good. Of course, I asked hubby what he thought and before I made this and he said he was willing to give it a try. I used my own homemade teriyaki sauce and rolled the fish in a combo of white and black sesame seeds. Love the teriyaki and sesame flavor! Hubby isn’t a big teriyaki fan, but he really enjoyed it. I don’t think my skillet was hot enough as the fish was still pretty raw and not really cooked on the outside after 30 sec. The only thing weird for me was eating warm raw fish instead of cold sushi. Hubby didn’t mind, but I put mine in the fridge to get cold. Now that I’ve made this, I can see it would be best with a thick, firm piece of salmon. The ones I used were maybe a half inch thick. I will definitely make this one again and I know with a little practice, I’ll have them coming out perfect. Thank you, Gourmetana, for sharing this recipe!

Thank You, Ladies! We had on piece of leftover salmon. Hubby cut it up and mixed it in with the blueberry salad and used pomegranate dressing. He said it was really good.
