How to make it

  • Mix teriyaki and soy sauce, ginger and sesame oil and marinate the salmon steaks in it for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Coat the salmon in the sesame seeds.
  • Grill or cook the salmon in a cast iron skillet for 30 seconds each side. This will make the salmon raw and beautifully pink on the inside. If you desire just cook it for another minute or two to cook fully inside.

    I can't be a fan of teriyaki, but I love the prep of this and I LOVE sesame seeds and salmon, so this still goes on the list. ;)
