    Singapore Noodles by Semichaud

This was awesome! We loved it! These are just like the Singapore noodles we order from our favorite Asian restaurant, but it comes with prawns. --My Hubby's fav, so I knew he'd love this and the chicken would make it more palatable for me and the kids.
My store was out of the rice vermicelli, they only had the mung bean ones or the wheat ones, so I got wheat. I also added a little bit of sliced snow peas and some orange bell pepper along with the red. I think most veggies would work in this-- different restaurants offer this up with their own veggie combos like cabbage, broccoli, bean sprouts, green beans etc..
The sauce was great, but I needed to add extra of it. Probably because I used the thicker wheat noodles vs the stringier rice noodles and it soaked up more liquid. I think this would be perfect finished with some sesame oil!! But it's still great as is!
