Awesome, awesome, awesome! Typically, I do not like salads that contain cucumbers or raw peppers. This is amazing! I kind of fudged the 7 ingredients. I counted the number of ingredient lines rather than count each color of pepper as a single ingredient. I didn’t have all of the pepper anyway. I accidentally used my green pepper to make something else and only had a tiny piece left so I used an orange pepper to make up the difference. Everything in this recipe came from the garden, including the corn. I did not measure. Just eyeballed everything and tossed it together.

Beautiful salad and picture DIZ! Very colorful and would be great to bring to a picnic or potluck as I bet nobody else would be bringing anything like it. I'd count the peppers as one ingredient too no matter the color.
