*Made for the January 2020 "Beans and Legumes" Recipe Challenge*

Made this forever ago so I thought it was time to make this awesome recipe again! It's surprisingly so easy and a nice quick dinner to throw together. I can't remember if I had to use the pasta water the first time around but I did not need it this time. So flavorful and the whole family cleaned their plates :) My first picture was soooo much better, I didn't even get any of the bacon in this pic. Lol!

Nice photo, Mommyluvs2cook! It's foods like this that really make me miss not being able to eat grain. Carbonara is one of my favorites. I would really like to make a good homemade version one of these days. I'll bet Luisa's recipe is perfect.

Thanks ladies :) Diz, my usual diet does not include grains or gluten so I hear ya!! They have pastas out there that are grain free, but they just aren't the same, and usually cost an arm and a leg lol.
