Spanish Chicken And Chorizo With Onions And Peppers by Donspain

This is wonderful! I love tray bakes and this is probably the best I've ever made!! The whole family loved it too!
I took half the roasted vegetables, roughly chopped it and added it to some cooked rice for an awesome side dish! We soaked up the pan juices with some homemade ciabatta bread, yum!
I can't wait to make it again! Thanks Don! :)
