Spicy Italian Potato Wedges.

    Made these for lunch. I read a few reviews and baked them at 425 degrees rather then the 350 stated.At 350 they would not crisp up. They came out somewhat crispy outside and tender inside.I have made fries like this many times but not with oregano or chili flakes.
    I had them with a poached egg. I gave it a 4 rating for the ease of making them,
    They were ok but not great, and i hate saying that.

    Sorry, For me I would have not used oregano I would have sprinkled some paprika
    over the potatoes, that would add some flavor. Honestly I don’t see anything Italian about this recipe unless it’s because of the oregano. I’m sorry if I sound harsh but sometimes you got to tell it like it is:))

    Yes, looking at the recipe again it could definitely use more seasoning.... some garlic would be nice too! :)

    I see your picture on the recipe. Very nice photo! I really like large roasted potato wedges. Sorry the seasoning combo didn't work. I personally don't care for oregano on vegetables or sprinkled on any food really. Better cooked in sauces.
