Steak With Garlic Butter

  I reviewed this in the original IMI years ago, and have made it multiple times since, but I thought it was time to get it in here! Of course it's delicious, it's steak, garlic and butter :) I do baste the steaks with the garlic butter throughout cooking instead of just at the end. Served with grilled zucchini and mashed potatoes.

  Great photo! Garlic butter makes EVERYTHING better! One of the local steak houses here always serves their steak with a big dollop of garlic butter on top. Sooo good!
