Steak with Garlic Butter

What's better than a sirloin steak cooked to perfection on the grill? A sirloin steak cooked to perfection then brushed with yummy butter sauce laced with garlic. Allrecipes
Ingredients
- 1/2 c butter shopping list
- 2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic shopping list
- 4 lbs. beef top sirloin steaks(or any cut you prefer) shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat outdoor grill to high heat
- In small saucepan,melt butter oveer med-low heat with garlic powder and minced garlic. Set aside.
- Sprinkle both sides of meatalt and pepper.
- Grill steaks 4 to 5 mins a side or desired doneness. When done,transfer to warmed plates. Brush tops liberally with garlic butter and allow to rest for 2 to 3 mins before serving.
