    Made a wonderful Italian Egg Drop soup for IMI2's Egg Challenge.

    Straciatella Italian Chicken And Egg Soup
    My review: Wonderful Recipe! and so easy to make. I added chopped spinach instead of parsley or basil and just "eyeballed" the amount used. Pure comfort!

    I love the sound of this version of egg drop soup! I was thinking that there would be actual chicken pieces in it, but I'm guessing the "chicken" in the title is from the broth? Love your addition of spinach, looks like a delicious bowl of soup Linda :)

    The title is a bit misleading Michelle. I would have called it Straciatella, Italian Egg Drop Soup. Delicious though no matter the title.
