Strawberry Smoothie
Made this for the strawberry challenge and loved it. I know smoothies are nothing to get excited about but what I especially liked about this one was that it was not combined with other fruits so it was a true strawberry experience. The plain yogurt was perfect to use too because it didn't make it overly sweet. I'd make this again for sure!

It'd probably work well with some other fruits too ... juicy ripe peaches, blueberries, mango, etc.

What a great photo! We love strawberries and when summer comes we eat by themselves or with short cakes and whipped cream. Smoothies are refreshing on a hot day. Thanks for sharing.
