Strawberry Spinach Salad

*Made for the February 2020 "Red" Recipe Challenge*

It's strawberry season here finally! I have been buying them like crazy at the grocery store every week now and am loving it :). This was such a nice salad and I absolutely loved the vinaigrette. It did whip up pretty thick, but I'm pretty sure that's because the balsamic I have is thick, so I just added some more olive oil. It was still pretty thick as you can see in the pic. but once mixed up in the salad you can't even tell. Oh also I didn't have slivered almonds so I used chipped walnuts. Yummy!!

Beautiful photo Michelle! I love the red strawberries against the greens. I recently bought a container of strawberries and they had no flavor at all I was so bummed, ate a few and then dumped the rest.

I was a little worried about the Worcestershire Shona, but I think the amount is so small I couldn't even taste it :)
