Ingredients

DRESSING

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

1/8 cup sugar

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon red onion, minced

SALAD

10 ounces fresh spinach, rinsed, dried and tron in bite-size pieces

1 quart strawberries, cleaned, hulled and sliced

1/4 cup almonds, blanched and slivered

Fresh ground pepper

Mix of feta and Bleu cheese (Optional)

Directions

DRESSING

In medium bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.

SALAD

In large serving bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, almonds and cheeses. Pour dressing over salad and toss. Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
