Strawberry Spinach Salad

This is a wonderful, healthy spinach salad with its own dressing. It has been a hit every time I make it!
Ingredients
- DRESSING shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds shopping list
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds shopping list
- 1/8 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon red onion, minced shopping list
- SALAD shopping list
- 10 ounces fresh spinach, rinsed, dried and tron in bite-size pieces shopping list
- 1 quart strawberries, cleaned, hulled and sliced shopping list
- 1/4 cup almonds, blanched and slivered shopping list
- fresh ground pepper shopping list
- Mix of feta and Bleu cheese (Optional) shopping list
How to make it
- DRESSING
- In medium bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
- SALAD
- In large serving bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, almonds and cheeses. Pour dressing over salad and toss. Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
