    Strawberry Vinegarette by Bren

    This is incredibly delicious!!
Even the hubby who doesn't say much about food said "Wow, now this is a perfect Summer salad dressing!"
When I first mixed it and tasted it, the vinegar taste was rather strong, so I added a touch more honey. Knowing the recipe said to let it sit for an hour, I decided to wait and see if it needed more. Thankfully I waited, after an hour the strawberry flavor really came through and it didn't need a thing, it was perfect.
I served it over mixed baby greens. We had grilled steak and drizzled some over top, just delectable! I chopped up some extra strawberries on the side of my plate and drizzled some dressing over top. Oh my, just heavenly!! I'm not even a huge fan of strawberries, but I could seriously eat a whole bowl if I drizzled this dressing over top!
I can't wait to see what else I can find to put this dressing on, lol ;)
This is a must try recpe! Love it!

    Thanks Ladies :)
I used the rest of the dressing today on a spinach salad with sunflower seeds. So yummy! I especially like it with the baby spinach. I might have to try this again with a balsamic or white wine vinegar too :D

Do you think frozen strawberries if thawed would work?

Linda, I don't see why not! Since you're pureeing it anyways, I don't think it matters :)

Thank you for the wonderful review, Shona. Linda, frozen berries will work...that's what I use in the winter.
