I love salads and this one did not disappoint. Made it as written and used Mozzarella Goat Cheese. Simple and delicious.
It is a taste as you go with the oil and vinegar dressing.

Great photo Manella! I love your addition of red onion, it's just like the tomato salad we served at the Italian bistro except we served it on a bed of butter lettuce with a red wine vinaigrette. I think the balsamic would make it even better, yum! :D

Thank you ladies,it was refreshing, I to can't wait for our tomatoes to come up. Sorry about not posting the photo, but the internet went down.
We had heavy, heavy rains and that knocked it out. It is still iffy, hopefully this will post.
