My husband brought some trout fillets home after a fishing trip today, so I was on a hunt for a non-deep fried, non-breaded fish recipe. Came across this and it was wonderful! Was super easy and came together really quick. I did use fresh parsley and added in some fresh garlic to the butter/oil mixture. Even the kids loved this, which they are a little picky when it comes to fish, so that is a huge plus in my book :) :)

Thank you Bakerme!! The fishing trip wasn't super successful, so I almost didn't have any fresh fish lol, I even pulled out a back up plan for dinner just in case, but he ended up bringing home a few fillets :)

Great picture! And a very interesting recipe, would never have thought to put parmesan on trout. So glad the recipe worked out for you and that the kids liked it too! :D

He ended up catching 2 small fish, plus my Dad and Uncle didn't want to take home the fish they caught, so it went home with us! :)
