How to make it

  • Mix parmesan cheese, garlic powder and parsley then set aside.
  • Heat a large sauté pan and add olive oil, butter and lemon.
  • Sauté fillets 3 minutes per side then sprinkle cheese on fillets and sauté each side 1 minute more.
