Vermont Maple Syrup Pork Chops

I've made and reviewed this in the original IMI and wanted to make it again because it was so good! I got my onions more dark and caramelized than the first time, but because of the lighting, they look burnt lol. Still such a great recipe and the family really loves it. Made for New Year's Day to go along with cabbage, black eyed peas and cornbread. A yummy and filling meal!!!

This recipe IS good! Great photo Michelle! :)
I haven't eaten pork in quite sometime, the local pork here has a "barnyard" taste and I haven't found any pork from elsewhere in quite awhile. I will have to make this again soon though! As I recall, I have made this on the stovetop a couple times since my 1st review 5yrs ago! Thanks for adding it here Michelle and bringing it to attention again! :)
