Wiener Schnitzel My Way

    I tried posting this on Good4u’s page but it didn’t take, no idea why.

    This is very close to the way my mom made it,Difference: she put finely chopped Rosemary,
    salt and pepper in the bread crumbs.I made my own bread crumbs and used Lactose Free Natrel Butter.I really wanted to pair this with pasta, but I had veggies to use up.
    Delicious.
    Made for October Challenge
