    Baked Bean Curry
    Wasn't sure how "tins" of baked beans correspond to our US cans in amount, but I just used the inexpensive Van Camp's Pork and Beans, 15 oz cans. I served the curry over a baked potato that I hurried along by nuking until it was starting to get soft and then finished it in the oven for about 30 mins. so it had the texture of an oven-baked potato. This was a hearty and filling meal that warmed my kitchen and produced wonderful aromas! Not vegetarian the way I made it, but it easily could be.
