    Recipe by Cheffiona: Banana Bread
    This is a great little loaf. Problem is it is a little loaf. Make more than one when you make this.
    It has good flavor and is springy. Was done in 50 minutes.
    Only rises up half way in an 8.5x4.5 loaf pan. One of the reasons it was gone so quickly.
    Used a pear sauce in place of the apple sauce.
    Served it up warm with a slathering of butter and more pear sauce.
