I LOVE investment cooking. Makes my life sooooooooo much easier. We had traditional cornbread with ours, but the jalapenos and cheese from the bread that you had sound like something you could put in cornbread batter without any problem. And whatever leftovers of ANY bread gets crumbled, bagged up, and put in the freezer for future stuffing.
