Broccoli Salad by Sunflower4838

    Had this for dinner last night to go with our roastbeef. It came out yummy, just way too much sugar. I reduced the amount of sugar to 1/4 cup, and thought it was still sweet, so I added some more vinegar and some salt and pepper to offset it. I also replaced 1/2 the amout of raisins with some tart chopped apple. Will definitely make again, just with even less sugar next time. Added a picture.

Very unique salad! I started getting into sweet salads from then on. Lately I've been hooked on Waldorf salads for the same reason...a nice blend of fresh but sweet flavors!
