Recipe by Ahmed1: Brownie White Chocolate Mousse Torte
    Chocolate lovers MAKE THIS!
The brownie is light and delicate, not like a fudgy brownie or cakey brownie, because it only uses 1/2 cup cake flour; sifted then sifted again when folding into batter. Stick to the baking times or maybe just a little past so it's just done. The longer it bakes, the harder the brownie becomes. It pairs well with the creamy mousse.
Make sure you use heavy whipping cream and beat 'till peaks form.
I don't know what plain chocolate is. Used German chocolate.
This is the second recipe I've made from Ahmed1 that called for plain chocolate.
All of the chocolates in my stores have a modifier in front of the chocolate and none of them say "plain" or are without modifiers.
You can see my shaky handiwork laying down the chocolate garnish on top the torte in my pic. The chocolate garnish will not stick tight to the torte because of the cocoa powder when it is cut.
I used an off brand cream to save a few pennies and it shows in the mousse. It only said table cream on the package without any consideration of the percentage fat content, so what I used was probably not heavy cream. Please use heavy whipping cream.
