  Recipe by Raventx1: Challah Bread Pudding With Carrot Creme Anglaise
  
  An over the top very rich very good dessert. This will blow your diet with 14 yolks, over 3 cups sugar, and almost a half gallon of heavy cream.
  
  I have never had or made creme anglaise before and I think it turned out very well. I couldn't find any carrot juice in this one horse southern town. Go figure, something healthy?.........So I made it with V-8. It tastes a lot like butterscotch pudding/gravy.
  
  Finally, I made it with some home made bread and not Challah. Don't think it hurt the dish at all.
  
  It's the holiday season. Go ahead and make this dish. It is almost diet deadly as my cinnamon rolls recipe. Flat bellies, enjoy!
