  One of Henrie's recipes. Her recipes always remind me of my Grandma's cooking, and I think that's why I like so many of her recipes. This jello salad was really good. The pie filling kind of softened the gelatin a bit, which I really liked. It wasn't so 'jiggly'. The Coke gave it just a hint of fizziness - interesting! My sister had some and immediately asked for the recipe.
