    There's no photo of this from me...how unusual ;)

    Guess I was just too anxious to eat it. I've wanted to try Chicken Adobo for a long time and I'm glad I settled on this easy recipe.

    It was a little dry using skinless, boneless chicken...but that's not what the recipe called for! With dark chicken meat, I think it would be perfect. Don't skimp on the sauce - it's delicious on rice.
