Recipe by Midgelet Chocolate Calzones
It's a good dessert warm but I was expecting the dough to be more sweet. This is probably better served in a flaky crust.
Ran out of almonds so made the remainder filling out of Nutella.

I never think of calzones having a flaky dough. It really seemed to me to be a twist on "dessert pizza". Good save on the almonds with the Nutella substitution.

My calzones turned out just like the pic in the main recipe but not as pretty without the chocolate topping.
