Cold Cucumber Soup

    I English cucumber
    1 carrot
    1 cup fresh spinach
    1/2 cup watercress
    2 TBSP chopped dill
    S&P tp taste
    2-3 cups plain yogurt
    1 TBSP lemon juice

    Throw in the food processor and give it a whirl. Chill. Yummy!
