  This is a pretty good pancake recipe but someone else needs to evaluate it. I messed up the recipe and it turned out OK in my book.

  OK. It's an identical recipe as this one on GR. I'm not sure what you want me to do with that bit of information. There are hundreds if not more of duplicate recipes from other sites and from this site on this site.
