Cream Cheese Brownies

Recipe by Ahmed1: Cream Cheese Brownies

Fudge type brownie. Had to make it twice to get it right.
Used 8" instead of a 9" pan. That change necessitated 10 more minutes at bake.
Sprayed dish then lined with foil as instructed then sprayed and floured foil.
First time through, fudge and foil stuck together in a love death spiral and didn't quite set up that well.
Cream cheese batter does not set up as firm as it's brownie batter counterpart even though it has an egg in it. Mimics an icing topping.
Ingredient list says to use plain chocolate. That's kind of nebulous being that all chocolate on the shelf has a special modifier in front of it. I used unsweetened chocolate.
Set up well this time. Foil came off nicely. Pieces sliced without too much stickiness. Most of what clung to the knife was from the cream cheese part of the brownie.
It's very pretty with all the swirl in the top part.
    Chocoholics genuflect!
