  I have the Tortilla Soup In A Crock Pot in the crockpot. I also altered the cooking method. I chose to saute the onion and garlic then add cutup chicken to the same pan to brown. Reduce the heat, pour over the salsa verde cover and let simmer for about 30 minutes. Saved quite a bit of time and the chicken shredded beautifully. I added a picture of the cooking deviation. The seasoning and soup smells great although it is still cooking I'm confident it will be a success.
