I Made It
Made these up yesterday and the Carrot Cake Bites were a huge success. Not only did i get my fussy eater to enjoy carrots, we had company and they were stuffing these in there mouth faster than anything. That after a big dinner too.
Terrific recipe. I dusted them with powdered sugar to dress them up for company. Sorry no photo they were gone too fast but the did indeed come out just as shown on the recipe.
