    The marinade is quick to make - the chops were quick to fry (especially since I used butterfly loin chops) - the taste was great - I just wish the color of the meat had been as nice as nickoy's photo...

    I removed the chops from the skillet, added the marinade and boiled it down to a thicker consistency, added the chops back in and glazed them. I also only used one Tblsp of sugar. That was plenty for me - but maybe that's why the meat didn't caramelize as much.
