That little kick of cayenne pepper hits pleasantly at the back of the tongue. Don't neglect the serving tip of the lemon garnish on top. The light citrus flavor really does show up. The use of the yogurt makes this "fake cream-based" soup very soul satisfying while keeping the calorie count way down for us figure concious foodies. I do recommend this lovely spring soup perfect for any luncheon. I have added a photo to the post and stated my recipe alterations as well. They were few so I believe I have upheld the spirit of the recipe.
