  Recipe by Pleclare: Greek Potato Salad
  Not your southern potato salad. Has a nice twang to it.
  Used the feta and kalamata olives.
  Sauteed the onion, but that's just me.
  Tried it warm and cold. Definitely better cold to bring out the snappiness.
  No cukes this time.
