    Just what I was looking for. I had two small leftover baked potatoes and about 2 oz of pepperoni minis. And it could be "whipped up in minutes." That's a big plus for me. :)

    I did not cook it in the oven as per the recipe. I reduced the amount of milk and just did a skillet scramble. No mushrooms. The looks of jen's method would be better.

    I thought the flavor of nutmeg and pepperoni were delicious together.

    G4U, I was a little apprehensive about putting that full amount of nutmeg in, but I did and was quite pleasantly surprised.
