  Oh my...my first and second try at this was per Jim's recipe and I am still trying to make this right. Jim is the consummate Lebanese food teacher and he is wonderful at feedback and guidance. I could only hope I would make this to his approval - but my non-Lebanese guests found it delightful at all times:
