No work No knead bread

    Please folks, I did not pick the name!
    This recipe is from off-site, recommended to me by Lilliancooks.
    My picture looks a lot more rustic than the picture with the recipe. It jiggled like a bowl full of jelly while going into the oven. Was thinking it was going to fall on me but it didn't. As expected it has a coarser texture than kneaded bread.
    Only addition was a couple teaspoons of tarragon.
    Loaf starts out as a sponge that sits overnight.
    Think I'm more of a fan of a finer grained loaf.

    Didn't make sandwiches. Afraid the jelly or mayo would squish through the holes in the crumb. Suppose it would be alright for a dry meat sammy but who wants that!
