    Recipe by Jo_jo_ba: Pink Macaroni Chicken And Peas
    A good creamy comfort casserole.
    I doubled the recipe and had to bake it in the stock pot.
    Added an extra half hour because of the doubled recipe in a different shape than a casserole dish.
    Jo_jo_ba usually makes a lighter fare so I beefed this one up some.
    Doubled the peas. Doubled the chicken. To the bechamel sauce; added 6oz cream cheese and Velveeta and an extra cup of Mozzarella.
    Wouldn't mind throwing some heat in the dish VIA a couple pinches of red pepper or cayenne.
    Don't have to worry about sparing the salt. Life is not a dress rehearsal.
