    It can be used with any pork recipe. Ihave not used this one for chicken but don't see why you can't. I use a bsic brine for chicken. 4c water,1/2 c kosher salt,1/2 c sugar or brewn sugar and I add half a lemon and a couple of bayleaves and peppercorns.
    The crust can be used on any pork also. Hope that answers your?
