    Potato Tzimmes

    This is a nice but humble vegetable medley dish. Think it needs salt to draw out more flavor.

    I don't like crunchy veggies and I know the destructions says not to worry about the boil time but I just had to double the boil times. The veggies still held their shape and were not crunchy with the doubled boil times. I would almost be tempted to triple the boil time on the carrots.

    I'm wanting to add some cheese and breading on top for a crust and to double or triple the butter next time. Added a pic.
