    Pumpkin bread recipe by Michellem.

    It's a boxed cake mix recipe transformed to a quick bread recipe. It's a yellow mix recipe but works well with a chocolate mix.

    Not my photo. Recipe calls for a 9x5 loaf pan. Think it can be made in a smaller pan to give it more height.
