    Used this as my bolognese sauce for some stuffed canneloni.
    It has quite some oil left over after simmer time. Maybe I should use a leaner ground beef or drain it somehow.
    Curious thing about the milk. I thought it was going to give the dish a cream color but after 2 minutes of simmer I couldn't tell there was milk in it at all. The color had simply disappeared.
