    Rosemary Focaccia Italian Flatbread

    Good bread. Liked the peppery taste. Added Sage, Rosemary, and Parmesan for topping along with salt and pepper.

    Had a piece of cheddar and a piece of pepper jack that I shredded and added to the dough.

    The dough is a shaggy type dough which is quick to make. No kneading required. Recipe called for 4 cups flour. I only used 3.

    I did have to add more bake time.
