Smoky Spoonbread with Shrimp and Greens

    This was wonderful, not only one of the best I've made from this site, but one of the best I've ever made in my life. Two things I need to mention, besides how fantastic it was: I think that it should be a pound of greens instead of a cup; and my old oven took 45 minutes to cook the spoonbread instead of 15. But all in all, this recipe was actually fairly easy to do, especially considering the rich results.
